ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Whether you are building, restoring or reconditioning a motorcycle, it's rarely a one person job. There are always "unknowns", roadblocks, unexpected moments, and mistakes......I've made them all (not with this bike, but many others over the years).

 

The reconditioning of Z1F-17570, to the high standard that can be seen through these images, could not have been completed without the help of many people around the world.

 

The http://kawasaki-z-classik.com/forum is an incredibly useful resource, I won't name specific people for fear of missing someone out, but many, many people who frequent the forum, have 'saved the day' for me several times.

 

Having said that, I do want to specifically thank one person. Robin Oster is an administrator of the Kawasaki Classik forum and he also manages the Z1 database (located here). Robin has been an invaluable source of information, inspiration and help to me over the past couple of years…..Robin is a great example of cohort of people in the global Z1 community that spend countless hours assembling, and curating content to ensure the history of the Z1 is accurately maintained for future generations to enjoy.
